Ottawa Aces have announced the signing of Jack Johnson ahead of the 2021 League 1 campaign.

Johnson, 24, began his career with Warrington, making his debut in 2015.

He has also featured for Rochdale, Featherstone and Widnes.

“I’m really looking forward to getting over there and get back to playing some rugby,” said Johnson.

“I’m looking forward to getting started with a brand new team and getting over to Canada.”

Head coach Laurent Frayssinous added: “(I am) over the moon to sign a player of Jack Johnson’s calibre. Jack comes from a great system and he will add a lot to our squad with his experience, his speed and his trying scoring record and I am looking forward to seeing him around his team mates for the start of the new season.”
