NRL opportunity for youngster

test

Exciting hooker Pat Politoni will make his NRL debut this Friday night and his coach Tim Sheens is confident he will perform.

Politoni, 21, is a product of the Wests Tigers youth system and with Robbie Farah away on New South Wales duty he will be on the interchange bench for the upcoming game against the New Zealand Warriors.

“His form over the last month has been really good,” said Sheens on the club website. “He is quick out of dummy half and he will worry them. Pat has been with the top squad for the past couple of years and he knows all of the plays and players.”

Tom Humble will start as hooker in the absence of Farah.
