Murrell returns for Hull KR

Hull KR loose forward Scott Murrell is set to return from a broken hand for Friday’s play-off clash with Leeds.

Murrell, 24, was signed by Rovers from the Rhinos academy back in 2006, and missed last weekend’s defeat against Wakefield through injury.

However, despite only breaking a bone in his hand less than a fortnight ago, he has come through training and been named in Justin Morgan’s 19-man squad.

Full-back Shaun Briscoe will face a late fitness test after injurying a shoulder in the game against the Wildcats last week, while Jake Webster is set to return after a one-match lay-off with a hamstring injury.
