Hull KR new boy Rob Mulhern is keen to learn from the experienced players already at the KC Lightstream Stadium.
With NRL vetern front rowers like Mitch Allgood and Dane Tilse at the club, prop Mulhern knows that he has resources of knowledge around him on which to draw.
“I’ve a lot of work to do but that’s the mind-set in my head that I’m going for,” he told the Hull Daily Mail.
“With players such as Mitch Allgood and Dane Tilse doing so well in the NRL and then here in Super League, I can’t expect to walk straight into the team but I’ll do my very best to learn from those guys.
“Last year Rovers brought in Terry Campese and Maurice Blair and they’ve had a year to settle in now. The youth that we’ve recruited this year can learn loads from those blokes and build on it.”
