Morgan Knowles has been handed a two-game suspension following his late red card against Halifax in the Challenge Cup sixth round.

The 26-year-old was sent off in his first game back from a five-match suspension against the Championship outfit, and was sent off in the final minute of the game for a high tackle on Halifax hooker Tom Inman.

He received a Grade C high tackle charge and will miss the trip to Headingley Stadium this Friday, as well as Newcastle’s Magic Weekend as St Helens face Huddersfield.
