Morgan Escaré says he is looking forward to joining Salford on a three-year deal from 2021.

The 28-year-old left Wigan last month and confirmed on social media that he will link up with the Red Devils on a three-year deal from 2021.

Escaré scored 14 tries in 47 games for the Warriors after arriving from Catalans in 2017.

He said: “I am very much looking forward to pulling on the Salford shirt for three years from 2021.

“I look forward to seeing everyone down at the AJ Bell Stadium next year.

“I have come here to win trophies and I won’t stop until that happens!”

Salford coach Ian Watson added: “He will be a perfect fit for us to be fair.

“With the style we play, we play a lot around our full-back so we want quality in our full-back position because it is key for us not only in attack but in defence as well.

“He has got speed and energy about him, Morgan is a top player.”
