Former St Helens hooker Scott Moore is the latest player to be linked to Brian Noble’s revolution at Salford.
Moore, 25, is currently at North Queensland Cowboys, but hasn’t played in the NRL since the start of April, having made six appearances for the Cowboys.
He was released by Widnes after just six games last year, and spent the second half of the season at Huddersfield, where he also had a successful year in 2009.
Newspaper reports on Monday also claimed that St Helens pair Tony Puletua and Francis Meli are on their way to the Salford City Stadium for 2014, alongside hometown lad Adrian Morley.
Gareth Hock, Rangi Chase and Michael Dobson have also been linked with the Reds, who missed out on Bradford second-rower Elliot Whitehead last week after he opted to join Catalan.
