Moon & Farrell face RFL charges

Joel Moon of Leeds and Liam Farrell of Wigan will face disciplinary charges from the RFL this week, following incidents in the weekend’s Super League fixtures.

Moon has been hit with a charge of making a Grade C shoulder charge on St Helens player Mark Percival.

Farrell faces a charge of making a Grade B reckless high tackle on Joe Mellor of Widnes Vikings.

Moon had until 11am on Tuesday to make an Early Guilty Plea, an option he has not taken.

Farrell does not have that option, and will appear before an independent disciplinary tribunal this evening.
