Parramatta centre Michael Jennings has signed a new deal that will see him stay at the club until at least the end of 2022.

The 32-year-old recently entered the top 10 all-time try scorers in the NRL when he scored his 154th try in round 10 against Manly. He has represented Tonga and Australia at international level.

Eels club general manager of football, Mark O’Neill, said: “‘I am very pleased to see Michael remain at the Eels.

“He is a very popular member of our squad and is currently playing some the best football of his career.

“Similarly, in an off-field capacity Michael appears to be thriving with a great life balance and strong family support network.

“I have no doubt that this news will be as warmly welcomed by our members and fans as it was by our players and staff.”
