Michael Bishay has signed a new contract with London Skolars for the 2020 League One season.

Bishay, 26, made his professional debut in 2013 with London Broncos having already represented England at a junior level. He has since then appeared for Hemel Stags and Norths Devils in Queensland, Australia.

He joined the Skolars in 2015, and has made 98 appearances scoring 28 tries and kicking 72 goals.

“I am pleased to have signed another year,” he said.

“We had a great middle part to the season last year and showed we can compete with the top teams in the league, we hope to build on that.

“Another major reason for re-signing was our exciting playing group for the coming season, which has some really good high level experience as well as some exciting youth. I am really excited for the season ahead.”
