McMeeken likely to debut for Castleford at St Helens

Castleford Tigers have confirmed that Mike McMeeken is part of their 19-man squad which will travel to face St Helens this week.

The 20-year-old signed for Cas from London Broncos in the close season, and is yet to feature this season for his new club in Super League.

The back rower is keen to get stuck into action with the Tigers.

“I’m delighted to have been given the opportunity by Daryl Powell, and I cannot wait to make my debut for such a great and well supported club,” he said.

“All the boys have been working hard in training and will be ready to fight for the two points this Friday.”
