McIlorum handed three match ban
Wigan hooker Michael McIlorum is likely to miss the Super League play-offs after being handed a three-match ban following his red card against St Helens on Friday.
McIlorum was shown red by referee Jamie Child for a reckless high tackle during the 26-18 derby defeat, and was also fined £300.
The Warriors take on Catalan on Friday, but should they lose, could potentially end up playing four play-off games, which means McIlorum would be available for the Grand Final if Wigan make it.
Meanwhile, Bradford half-back Jarrod Sammut has avoided suspension after being charged with a high tackle offence on Damien Blanch during the Bulls defeat in France on Saturday.
Sammut, who pleaded guilty to the charge, was fined £300 by the panel and has given a warning regarding future conduct.
