Mbu returns to London

Joe Mbu has returned to Harlequins Rugby League from Doncaster for the remainder of the 2007 season. After the recent financial restructuring at the Doncaster club, Joe became a free agent. He returns to London where he made 68 appearances in four seasons.

Joe is one of a number of 'home grown' Londoners to play for the club in the elite competition. He joins fellow London development players Tony Clubb, Louie McCarthy-Scarsbrook and Michael Worrincy in Brian McDermott's senior squad.

Joe arrived on Monday for his first training session and has settled straight back in to life at Quins: “I am really happy to be back and I'm looking forward to training hard and getting to know a number of the players who weren't here last season.”

It's good to be given another opportunity and to return to a club which I have put a lot of effort into over the years."

Quins are away this Sunday to play Bradford Bulls.
