Huddersfield forward Keith Mason has been handed a three-match ban for his part in a fracas with Stuart Fielden against Wigan on Sunday.

Fielden was given a one-match suspension, while both players were also fined £300, with Giants prop Darrell Griffin also picking up a one match-ban and fine.

Mason admitted to intentionally standing on the leg of opponent (Fielden) and then running in and pushing the same opponent in an aggressive manner. Griffin and Fielden both pleaded guilty for fighting in the same incident.

Hull FC’s Jordan Tansey received a two-match suspension and a £300 fine for making a dangerous throw on Crusaders full-back Clinton Schifcofske in the 78th minute of the Engage Super League Round 25 fixture last Friday.
