Manly star Menzies to join Bradford

Manly Sea Eagles veteran Steve Menzies has agreed a one-year deal with Bradford Bulls for the 2009 Super League season.nnMenzies has spent 13 years of an illustrious sixteen season NRL career with Manly and will join the Bulls at the end of the current campaign.nnMenzies, affectionately known as “Beaver”, is excited by the switch to Europe and has no regrets about calling time on his NRL career.nn”It’s a sad time, having played my whole career here, but it’s a new challenge for me and definitely one I’m looking forward to.nn”I’m happy with the way everything’s gone (during) my time at Manly and I wouldn’t give that away for anything.nn“I don’t think it’s really dawned on me, it didn’t really hit me till I saw the media attention.
