Lulia, 26, joined the Bulls from Newcastle Knights at the beginning of the 2012 season and has scored 14 tries in 48 appearances for the club.
Lulia said, “Everyone knows that my wife has been expecting a baby and it will be good to raise our son around family back home in Wollongong.
“I’m happy at Bradford, I like the footy here, and it will be sad to leave because I’ve had a good two years and made some good friends during that time.
“I had a contract here for two years so it works out quite well with the baby having arrived. I want to finish the season off on a high and we certainly haven’t given up on the play-offs and will keep fighting to the death.”
