Leigh have signed prolific try scorer and goal kicking centre Mick Nanyn on loan from Harlequins.
Nanyn, who has set points records at previous clubs Oldham, Widnes and Whitehaven, moved to the capital in the close season but has found first team opportunities hard to come by.
Leigh coach Paul Rowley said: “Mick is an obvious point scorer. He’s a physical threat out wide and I’m pleased to have him on board.
“He’s been full-time and after a pre-season and half a season with Harlequins, he joins us in great shape and good condition and he’s just really eager to get playing again. He’s had a go at Super League and will come back better for it.
“I’ve enjoyed a lot of banter on opposition sides with Mick, but he’s one of those people that still comes up with the points and I’ve been looking at bringing him in for a couple of weeks.”
Nanyn goes straight in to the Leigh squad that will take on Featherstone on Thursday.
