Leigh forward Andy Thornley has re-signed with the club for the 2020 season.

The 30-year-old back-rower or loose forward is currently in his second spell with the Centurions. He has made 97 appearances for the club to date.

Leigh coach John Duffy said: “Andy is a great all-rounder, he is a tough competitor who can play anywhere.

“He has played in a variety of positions through the season and is one of those players who you can put anywhere and you know he will do a job for you.

“He’s a good guy to have in your squad and is the kind of player I like to watch.”
