Leeds versus Catalans too close to call

Lucy Gordon

Leeds face Catalans on Friday aiming to bounce back from last week’s 66-10 mauling by Castleford.

The Rhinos’ performance was in stark contrast to the previous week where they were deserved winners against Salford.

Catalans started the season with victories over Warrington and Hull, but blew a 14-0 lead at home to Widnes last weekend to draw 14-14.

The Dragons have won the last three meetings with Leeds convincingly, including a 24-12 victory last year.

A winning margin of 1-5 for Catalans is priced at 5-1 with Betfred, but a Leeds reaction to their defeat against the Tigers wouldn’t be a surprise either.
