Yes, you read did read that headline right, Leeds Rhinos stars Kallum Watkins, Stevie Ward and Ryan Hall have made their acting debuts on Australian soap Neighbours.
The English trio appeared in the soap while in Australia as they prepare for their World Club Challenge clash with Melbourne Storm this weekend.
Watkins, Hall and Ward visited the set of the long-running soap Neighbours and Ward even got a line to say.
On appearing in the long-running soap, Ward said: “It was good fun!
“We ventured across to the neighbours set and we enjoyed it. We got some acting done, we got some extras work done and we even got a few lines in there – it was brilliant.
“We loved it and we appreciate them inviting us on and Leeds Rhinos being on neighbours for the first ever time.
“When grow up, I want to be an actor so let’s see what happens!”
Rhinos captain Watkins, added: “It was good fun.
“Being on set was great and just being around the place was interesting and it brings backs memories.”
