Salford player Tommy Lee has been suspended for one game by the RFL.

This follows his Grade B shoulder charge on Travis Burns of Hull KR, during Salford’s win at the KC Lightstream Stadium.

Lee submitted an Early Guilty Plea (EGP) to the charge.

The Salford man was also fined £300 for Grade A punching, during the same game at Hull KR, a charge to which he also pleaded guilty.

Burns and Hull KR team-mate Adam Walker, and Salford player Josh Griffin, submitted Early Guilty Pleas to Grade A punching offences in the same incident.  All three lose the option to submit EGPs for the next 12 months.

Travis Burns and Adam Walker both submitted EGPs to a charge of Grade A punching, also during Hull KR‘s game on Sunday.

Additionally, Josh Griffin of Salford also submitted an EGP to the same Grade A charge, for his part in the same second-half incident.

Burns, Walker and Griffin will now lose the right to submit an EGP for 12 months.
