There were some very, very big scorelines in League 1.

York City Knights set a new world record for the biggest ever win in the professional game, running in an impressive 25 tries to seal a 144-0 victory over West Wales Raiders at Bootham Crescent. Kieren Moss equalled a club record with seven tries to his name. Graeme Horne also scored a hat-trick. Connor Robinson chalked up 38 points, scoring two tries and kicking 15 goals.

Whitehaven won their seventh game on the spin in all competitions with a determined 30-24 victory against Keighley Cougars at Cougar Park on Sunday. Dan Abram scored two tries for Haven, while kicking five goals.

Bradford Bulls eased past then league leaders Doncaster 32-6 at the Keepmoat Stadium. George Flanagan squandered a first half try-scoring opportunity to later get four-pointer in the second period. Joe Keyes put in a classy display at half-back.

Oldham won 32-10 against Workington Town at Derwent Park on Sunday. Leigh Centurions trio Nick Gregson, Jack Blagborough and Jonah Cunningham featured for Workington, while Wigan Warriors prop Caine Barnes also played for them. Wakefield Trinity duo Luke Hooley and Lee Kershaw both got on the scoresheet for the Roughyeds.

London Skolars beat Coventry Bears 28-20 at the Butts Park Arena in an expansion clash. Dante Morley-Samuels scored twice for the Bears, while Billy Driver and Neil Thorman were outstanding for the Skolars.

North Wales Crusaders picked up their first win since Good Friday with a solid 40-16 victory over Hemel Stags. Tom Johnson racked up 16 points, scoring a try and kicking six goals.

Newcastle Thunder returned to winning ways as they comfortably beat Hunslet 28-10 at Kingston Park. Thunder half-back Lewis Young picked up the man-of-the-match award, while Leeds loanee Josh Jordan-Roberts featured for Hunslet.

York and Bradford are joint top of the League 1 table with 12 points, while Hemel Stags and West Wales Raiders are rock bottom with zero points.
