Wests Tigers centre Chris Lawrence is the latest player to be ruled out of contention for the NRL All Stars match with the Indigenous All Stars next month.

Lawrence, 23, was the favourite Tigers player in the public vote to make the line-up but has been forced to pull out due to an injured shoulder.

He will be replaced in the poll by team mate Tim Moltzen.

Lawrence is the latest big-name player to have been ruled out of selection for the match at Gold Coast’s Skilled Stadium on February 4.

Already to have withdrawn with injury are props Matt Scott, Petero Civoniceva and Sam Burgess.

Voting closes on January 18.

Automatic picks for the Wayne Bennett-coached All Stars team are respective Australia and New Zealand captains Cameron Smith and Benji Marshall.
