The deal, which will cover the 2006/07 season, will form a great partnership between two organisations that are helping the game of rugby league develop.

Code13Consulting.co.uk's design director said: "We love the ethos behind Last Tackle and want to help them achieve their goals in becoming the number one dedicated Rugby League website in the UK. We are also delighted at the prospect of a professionally driven marketing campaign which we hope will open Last Tackle up to a wider audience, and attract more Rugby League fans to the site, a site we feel has everything to offer."

Last Tackle was formed in late 2005 and since then it has gone from strength to strength. The website is on the media lists of several Super League and NRL clubs meaning the site is constantly updated with the latest news as it is sent out direct from the clubs. Last Tackle is more than just news though – the extensive website contains the latest results and tables, as well as international profiles and a forum to discuss all the latest news.

In another major step forward Last Tackle has recently secured the editorial services of Chris Warren from Sky Sports Boot n' All program, Sky Sports commentary team and NRL program. Chris will be writing a fortnightly column on the Last Tackle website covering the news and views of the Super League and NRL.
