Langley puts pressure on Bradford

Sheffield Eagles forward Jamie Langley is looking forward to facing his former club Bradford Bulls in the Qualifiers.

The Eagles travel to face the Bulls in their opening Qualifiers tie this weekend, and Langley believes that all the pressure is on his old club.

“We are really looking forward to it, as the pressure is off for us now,” the former Great Britain international told the Bulls’ official website.

“The big thing for us was to make the top four and qualify for the Super 8s. We can go into it with no expectations and no pressure.

“We will probably be able to play our best rugby because of that. Bradford will be looking to kick on and really push for the top four.

“So there is a little bit more pressure on the Bulls going into this. They are getting a few key men back, which will be a big thing for them.

“This is what they have been building towards all season.

“It all starts now for them, whereas we can just go in with no expectation and just really enjoy ourselves.”
