Sydney Roosters have signed half-back Kyle Flanagan on a two-year deal from Cronulla Sharks.

The 20-year-old has made eight NRL appearances to date since making his first-grade debut for the Sharks last season.

From next year, Flanagan will be at the Roosters until the end of 2021.

Roosters chief executive Joe Kelly commented: “Kyle is a crafty playmaker and an exciting young talent, whose services we are delighted to have secured.

“We look forward to welcoming Kyle to the Roosters and to watching his development over the coming seasons.”
