Kiwi forward cautioned over tackle

New Zealand hooker Isaac Luke has been cautioned over conduct contrary to the true spirit of the game following his tackle on Australia prop David Shillington in last Friday’s Gillette Four Nations fixture at Warrington.

The caution was issued by an International Match Review Panel earlier today after they viewed the 69th minute incident on video.

A second caution during the tournament would see Luke automatically charged with an offence which would be considered by an International Disciplinary Committee.
