Kearney blow for Bulls

Bradford have been dealt with a blow with the news that Brett Kearney could miss up to two months after suffering a broken hand in the defeat by Leeds.

Kearney, 27, will be out for between six and eight weeks after picking up the knock as the Bulls lost 30-22.

Head Coach Mick Potter said: “I am gutted for BK.  He has been playing really well and to lose him long term is very disappointing.  However it is something we will just have to accept and we will look to other players in the squad to cover his position.”

The Bulls have also confirmed that prop Tom Burgess will miss the game against Catalan on Monday with a knee injury.
