Jordan Turner to miss Super League opener

Huddersfield centre Jordan Turner will miss the opening Super League round due to suspension.

Turner, 31, pleaded guilty but challenged the grading of Grade C dangerous contact charge from Huddersfield’s pre-season friendly against Wakefield and was successful in his challenge.

His grading was downgraded to a Grade B, and he will miss Huddersfield’s away fixture to Catalans Dragons.
