Hull have signed forward Joe Cator from Leigh on a two-year deal.
Cator, 21, was unveiled at the club’s shirt launch event at Princes Quay on Friday night, and is their eighth new signing for 2020.
He said: “I’m absolutely buzzing to be a Hull FC player; I feel like its been a long-time coming having been a supporter since I was a kid. It’s a massive opportunity for me over the next two-years.
“I was in a good position at the end of the season so I was lucky enough to have a few options in Super League but as soon as Hull came calling, my hometown and boyhood club, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity.
“As soon as I spoke to Lee (Radford), I knew that it was the only club I wanted to sign for and thankfully it’s all over the line now and I can get a big pre-season under my belt to kick things off.”
