Wigan legend Jason Robinson OBE will present the Harry Sunderland Trophy at the Super League Grand Final.

The Grand Final takes place at Old Trafford on October 12. The winner of Wigan-Salford on Friday will meet St Helens there.

The Harry Sunderland Trophy is awarded to the man of the match in Super League’s showpiece event.

Robinson was the first man to win the trophy in a Grand Final, when Wigan beat Leeds 10-4 back in 1998 at Old Trafford.

Robinson scored 685 points in 302 games for Wigan, before becoming a World Cup winner with England in rugby union.

Andy Farrell presented the trophy to Warrington full-back Stefan Ratchford after last year’s Grand Final, with the latter becoming just the third player in Super League history to win the Harry Sunderland Trophy, despite being on the losing side.
