Jamie Soward believes New Zealand international Kenny Bromwich is the most under appreciated player in the NRL.

Soward, who made over 230 career appearances for Sydney Roosters, St George Illawarra Dragons, London Broncos and Penrith Panthers during his playing career, feels Melbourne Storm prop Kenny Bromwich is the most underrated player currently in the NRL.

Bromwich is currently a one-club man, having made his first-grade debut for Storm back in 2013. He has gone on to score 14 tries in 127 appearances for the club.

On who he thinks is the NRL’s most underrated player, Soward told NRL.com: “Kenny Bromwich is a key cog in the Melbourne Storm engine room.

“His elevation to the starting side this year is long overdue and he can fill any role in the pack.”

Bromwich has earned seven caps for the Kiwis since making his international bow in 2016.
