James Segeyaro from the North Queensland Cowboys has agreed to join Penrith Panthers on a three year deal, commencing in 2013.

Penrith Panthers General Manager Rugby League Phil Boss says, “James is an energetic young player with a great deal of potential. The Panthers look forward to welcoming him into our side next year, and seeing his talent on display for our club.”

At the moment, Penrith are second from bottom in the NRL, four points ahead of basement boys Parramatta.
