Salford duo Jackson Hastings and Luke Burgess are among four Super League players who have been banned.

Red Devils’ half-back Hastings has been given a two-match penalty notice for a Grade C high tackle on Gareth O’Brien in Salford’s win over Toronto Wolfpack in The Qualifiers on Saturday.

Hastings’ team-mate Burgess has picked up a one-match ban by the match review panel for a high tackle in the same game.

Hastings will miss Salford’s next two games against Leeds Rhinos and London Broncos in The Qualifiers, with Burgess just missing their game against Leeds.

Elsewhere, Warrington Wolves front-rower Mike Cooper has received a one-match penalty notice for a Grade B high tackle on Adam O’Brien in Warrington’s win over Huddersfield Giants in the Super 8s on Friday.

Wigan Warriors back-rower Joe Greenwood will serve a one-match suspension for a Grade A dangerous contract in Wigan’s win over Wakefield Trinity in the Super 8s on Thursday.

Cooper and Greenwood will miss Friday’s Super 8s clash between Wigan and Warrington.

Toronto hooker Bob Beswick has not been handed a ban for a Grade A trip and Leeds half-back Richie Myler has received a caution from the match review panel for a dangerous contact.
