Italy ready to face England

Sydney Roosters full-back Anthony Minichiello will captain Italy against England in the first ever senior international between the two nations at Salford tomorrow.

Minichiello lines up alongside Roosters team-mate Aiden Guerra and brother Mark, the Gold Coast Titans back-rower.

Prolific kicker Josh Mantellato, of Newcastle Knights, will start on the wing, with Warrington youngster James Saltonstall on the opposite flank.

St Helens prop Anthony Laffranchi will also start in the front-row.

The game, which takes place after the England Knights take on Samoa, will allow unlimited interchanges.
