Hull v Bradford called off, now to be played on Sunday

Friday’s Super League match between Hull and Bradford has been called off, after a severe accident on the M62.

A tanker overturned on the motorway forcing its closure, leaving several Hull players and the Bradford team coach severely delayed in getting to the ground.

Kick-off was originally put back to 8.30pm and then 9.15pm, before the decision was made to call the match off, with members of the Hull squad still not having arrived at the KC Stadium.

The game will now be played on Sunday (3pm kick-off).
