Hull KR have confirmed that academy graduate Harvey Moore will miss the entire 2023 season after suffering an ACL injury during pre-season.

The former academy captain was promoted to the first team earlier in 2022, having signed his first professional contract.

He was named in the Robins’ first-team squad announced for 2023 alongside academy graduates Max Kirkbright, Darnell Byas-Tash, Harvey Reynolds, Jack Potter and Leo Tennison.

The outside-back has undergone surgery, the club confirmed via social media. They shared: “Hull KR can confirm academy graduate Harvey Moore will miss the 2023 season after under going ACL and Meniscus surgery.

“The road to recovery begins and everyone at Hull KR is behind you Harvey.”

He previously signed a two-year deal until the end of 2024 with the club.
