Hull KR boss Tony Smith is hopeful that Danny McGuire will be fit to face former club Leeds in a relegation crunch on Friday night.
McGuire, 36, was taken off during the defeat to Wigan on Friday night, along with full-back Adam Quinlan.
Smith told Hull KR TV: “With Danny, it’s tightness in the calf.
“We wanted to get him off the field and with the scoreline that it was, we didn’t want to risk him any further.
“Hopefully we got him off on time, we’ll have him for future games, and it was more precautionary. I’m hoping Danny isn’t a doubt for (Leeds).
“Adam Quinlan is fine, I’m pretty sure.”
