Hull KR pip Giants

Hull KR have kept their hopes of a top eight spot alive after a Ben Cockayne penalty gave them a 20-19 victory over Huddersfield.

The Robins came from 6-19 behind to beat the Giants thanks to a second half surge.

Tries in the second half from Albert Kelly and George Lawler, along with Cockayne’s 72nd minute penalty goal, helped them snatch a late win.

Hull KR are now three points behind eighth-placed Castleford, who are at home to Catalans tomorrow.
