Huddersfield hooker sidelined for a month

Huddersfield forward Kyle Wood has an injured quad and will miss the first few games of the Super League season.

Giants coach Paul Anderson said today that Wood will sidelined for the next three to four weeks.

It is bad news for Huddersfield and Wood, who missed a large chunk of the 2015 season with a foot injury.

The Giants are also without prop Craig Huby with a broken wrist.
