French forward Maxime Herold is to stay with London Broncos for the rest of the season.

Herold, 24, joined the club on a short-term deal from French Elite One Championship club Limoux having been recommended by former Broncos player Karl Temata.

Coach Joe Grima said: “I’m delighted with Maxime’s progress since he joined us last month.

“He’s settled in really well with the squad and I’m pleased to retain him for the rest of the season.”

Herold made his Broncos debut in the Magic Weekend defeat to Catalan.
