Henry can’t wait to join Bulls

New Bradford signing Adam Henry says he can’t wait to join his team-mates as his move to Super League edges closer.

Henry, 22, agreed terms to join the Bulls from Sydney Roosters several weeks ago, but his move has been held up while the RFL ratifies the club’s change of ownership.

He said: “I just can’t wait to get over.  It’s been a bit of a frustrating time for me but my manager kept me informed and I wasn’t unduly worried about the outcome.

“It’s a great opportunity for me to come over to the UK and join a famous club.  My manager approached the Bulls and Francis Cummins spoke to Brian Smith who recommended me to him.

“I’m grateful to Brian and to Francis for giving me the opportunity and I can’t wait to get started.”

Henry, who has made four appearances in the NRL, will move over once he gets visa approval.
