Hay heads down under

Former Featherstone coach Andy Hay has moved to New Zealand to become the head of coaching and development with Auckland Rugby League.

Hay is working with schools, colleges, clubs and high performance sport in Auckland, and is in charge of the development of the game in the city.

Auckland Rugby League iis responsible for rugby league in New Zealand‘s biggest city.

The former Castleford, Sheffield, Leeds, Widnes and Doncaster forward left his position as head coach of Featherstone last year.

Previously the 43-year had served as an assistant coach with Salford, Hull FC and Castleford.
