Have your photo with Challenge Cup

Castleford fans will have the chance to have their photograph taken with one of British sport’s most coveted pieces of silverware, the Carnegie Challenge Cup at Xscape in Castleford on Wednesday.

Current Castleford Tigers captain Danny Orr and second row Brett Ferres will be in attendance along with Castleford legend Bob Beardmore, who scored the winning drop goal and collected the Lance Todd trophy during the club’s last Challenge Cup triumph in 1986, to sign autographs for fans between 6.00pm and 7.00pm on Wednesday.

Tiger Man, the Castleford Tigers mascot will also be in attendance ahead of the Tigers Carnegie Challenge Cup fifth round tie against Wakefield Trinity Wildcats at the Rapid Solicitors Stadium on Saturday May 21.

The signing session will take place in the upstairs atrium of the Xscape complex near the Cineworld cinema, just at the top of the escalators.

Previous signing sessions at Xscape have proved immensely popular so we would advise fans to arrive at the complex early.

Tickets for the Carnegie Challenge Cup fifth round contest between Wakefield Trinity Wildcats and Castleford Tigers at the Rapid Solicitors Stadium on Saturday May 21 (2.30pm) are priced from £15 Adult, £10 concession and £5 juniors and are available by calling 01924 211611.
