Hauraki avoids suspension

Castleford forward Weller Hauraki has avoided suspension after being found guilty of punching during the defeat to Wakefield at the weekend.

Hauraki, 28, pleaded guilty to the offence following the incident in the 31st minute of the match, which saw both he and Wildcats winger Ben Cockayne sent to the sin bin.

The Kiwi was fined £300 by an RFL Operational Rules Tribunal.
