Batley Bulldogs coach Karl Harrison has said he will decide whether to stay at Mount Pleasant at the end of the season.

The Bulldogs are currently fighting with Leigh Centurions and Gateshead Thunder to stay in the Co-operative Championship.

All three clubs are on 29 points going into the final round of fixtures – Batley travel to Featherstone Rovers – and one will be relegated.

“I have told Batley I am going to get my head down, get a result this weekend to keep us in the division and then we’ll sit down next week and talk about what happens next”, said Harrison.

“I have been very, very happy doing what I am at the moment, but we haven’t spoken about next season yet.”

The ex-Salford City Reds boss, who joined the Bulldogs in April, is reportedly being targeted by Barrow Raiders, who last night (Thursday) sealed top spot in the Championship.
