Harlequins launch the perfect set of six

Harlequins Rugby League has this week launched the ‘six pack’ – semi season ticket. It’s a new product which allows supporters to pick and choose which games they wish to attend, without committing to all thirteen home games.

Research over the past couple of seasons has led to the eventual introduction of the ‘six pack’.  According to Marketing Manager, Chris Warren, the club is providing a product based on consumer demand: “We know that a full season ticket isn’t for everyone. In an ideal world every supporter we have would attend every home game in every season. But that’s just not realistic, particularly here in London.”

“We have a lot of customers who come to six, seven, or eight games a season but who can’t attend enough games to need a full season ticket. The ‘six pack’ offers choice, flexibility, saves money, and fills a gap in the market.”

“I think this will also prove to be very popular with NEC Harlequins supporters looking for even more entertainment through the summer months.”

“Season ticket holders get the very best deal and that will always be the case. With this product, however, we are trying to build our customer base by adding another tier of loyalty. It makes perfect sense.”

Unlike a full Season Ticket a ‘six pack’ does not guarantee the same seat for every game, and it does not include membership or a free children's Season Ticket. The ‘six pack’ includes an adult Club level match ticket – in either the Lexus or East Stand – for each of the six games selected.
