Hardaker faces further investigation for homophobic language

Leeds full-back Zak Hardaker is to be investigated again for using homophobic language, the RFL have confirmed.

Tthe RFL is to look into allegations that he used inappropriate language in his team’s defeat to St Helens on Friday night.

The 22-year-old could face an eight-game ban, if found guilty.

He was banned for five games earlier in this season after being found guilty of homophobic abuse.

“We are investigating an alleged comment made by Hardaker during the Super League match against St Helens,” said an RFL spokesman.
