Halifax centre joins Dewsbury on loan

Dewsbury have confirmed the signing of Zack McComb on a short-term deal from fellow Championship side Halifax.

The former Siddal amateur joined the Panthers in the off-season but will now go out on loan for two weeks to secure more game time.

McComb, 25, played an instrumental role in helping Oldham secure promotion to the Championship before joining Sheffield ahead of the 2020 season.

He made seven appearances in total for the Eagles, but his time was cut short when the season was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

McComb could make his Rams debut tomorrow evening away at Swinton.
