Halafihi signs new Bradford deal

Bradford utility Vila Halafihi has penned a new two-year deal at Odsal.

Halafihi, 23, ended up in the centres at the Bulls this season having also featured at hooker and in the back-row during his three-year stint with the club.

He said: “I’m over the moon to have signed, it’s been a long three years for me but finally towards the end of my year I managed to get some game time.

“I was just delighted to get out there in front of the fans and do my best in whatever position that would be, I was just happy to get out there.”

Halafihi scored four tries in eight appearances at centre, including his first try for the club against Halifax.
